I started my career working in an NGO promoting diversity and gender equality. I have travelled and trained in the United States and in Asia (Japan, Vietnam, China).

Since 2006, I have developed and led training projects and worked as a consultant and systemic coach. Currently, I am the Pedagogical Manager of the EU framework contract, KeySkills Training Programmes.
