In this face-to-face training course, participants will get to practise how to respond to day-to-day professional challenges in a more balanced and sustainable way. The participations will explore the meaning of resilience as well evaluate their resilience and their individual copying strategies.
Theoretical models and practical tools will help them understand their own feelings, personal needs and limits as well as develop their resilience even further. Such tools as adapting to change, positive thinking, gratitude and mindfulness will be explored further in this workshop.
In its standard format, this training course is followed by a one-hour individual coaching session. AIM Coaching Offer helps the participants to bring out and develop professional, relational and personal potential in the realisation of one’s projects and to occupy their place in the relationship they have with themselves, others and the work environment.
