What is wellbeing at work?
Do you have a wellbeing strategy?
Do your wellbeing, HR and Occupational Health teams connect together?
What are your personal dimensions of your Wellbeing?
Wellbeing at work is necessary in order to be able to work in a balanced and focused way.
In this training course, participants will be guided through an existential and pragmatic process where they can explore and integrate four dimensions of wellbeing: physical, emotional, relational and philosophical. Drawing on their personal experience, they will find their own unique strengths, which will help them develop better solutions to be and stay well at work.
The methodology, based on self-exploration, group dialogue and reflection on values, will enable participants to define a personal wellbeing map, which they can then use to navigate through their daily professional lives.
At the end of this course, participants will be able to access and understand their personal experience of wellbeing and what it means to them in their relationships with others and their working environment. They will have experimented with a new approach to wellbeing based on integrating different, complementary dimensions. Moreover, they will identify a way for them to apply wellbeing strategies in order to work better in their own working environment in their institution or company.
