I live in Milan since 1980. Since 1994, I provide consulting and supervision activities regarding the creation and management of services aimed at social cohesion, migration and intercultural communication.
Since since 2004, I collaborate with the main EU Institutions providing training activities on the issues of relational skills in a multicultural context and organizational management: both at individual and team level.
Currently, I am the Planning Manager of the EU framework contract, KeySkills Training Programmes.
