Wellbeing at work is necessary in order to be able to work in a balanced and focused way.
This practical and experiential workshop focuses on how to create a mindful day at work. The participants will examine different ways to be more mindful throughout the workday. Several practical ways and tips to be more mindful from the beginning until the end of the day will be explored together.
The participants will practice how to listen and engage in mindful conversations and experience the power of listening. They will also focus on ways to be more mindful when confronted with distractions as well as experience more deeply the quality of presence when faced with critical and challenging tasks and in their working environment.
The wellbeing workshop portfolio includes 5 complementary, yet independent workshops on mindfulness, emotional, mental and physical wellbeing and the prevention of burnout.
The methodology, based on self-exploration, group dialogue and reflection on values, will enable participants to define a personal wellbeing map, which they can then use to navigate through their daily working lives.
