How can you integrate physical wellbeing into your daily work life?
What areas of physical wellbeing are the most relevant for you to tackle?
Wellbeing at work is necessary in order to be able to work in a balanced and focused way.
This practical and experiential workshop focuses on how to apply concrete preventive tools to practice physical wellbeing at work. This workshop gives participants access to a variety of simple and practical tools to improve their physical well-being at work, that they may incorporate into their workday.
At the end of this workshop, participants will have the felt sense of what it is to be connected to one’s body. They will receive concrete tools and practises to reduce tension or be more energised and alert. They will experience how to adopt an assertive posture at work and reflect on the impact of their eating patterns and sleep rhythm on their day.
The wellbeing workshop portfolio includes 5 complementary, yet independent workshops on mindfulness, emotional, mental and physical wellbeing and the prevention of burnout. Though interconnected, each pillar of well-being can be taken individually.
The methodology, based on self-exploration, group dialogue and reflection on values, will enable participants to define a personal wellbeing map, which they can then use to navigate through their daily working lives.
