What is mindfulness?

How can you practice and incorporate mindfulness in your professional and private life?

Wellbeing at work is necessary in order to be able to work in a balanced and focused way.

This practical and experiential workshop Focuses on how to apply concrete tools to practice mindfulness at work.  The quality of presence is a way of being in our lives and at work. When we learn to be in the present moment, we learn to accept better who we are and what we experience. It gives participants access to a variety of simple and practical tools to improve their well-being at work and increase their ability to be more aware, present and cultivate a sense of curiosity and a beginner’s mind throughout the day.

At the end of this course, participants will have understand the meaning of mindfulness. They will have key tools on how to bring mindfulness to work as well as to their personal life in order to break the stress reaction cycle.

The wellbeing workshop portfolio includes 5 complementary, yet independent workshops on mindfulness, emotional, mental and physical wellbeing and the prevention of burnout.

The methodology, based on self-exploration, group dialogue and reflection on values, will enable participants to define a personal wellbeing map, which they can then use to navigate through their daily working lives.
