For two decades, I was engrossed in negotiation, mediation, litigation, and management, thriving on creative solutions in various sectors and global settings. This journey took me from fieldwork in Bosnia to ministerial discussions worldwide.
In the past 15 years, I’ve transitioned to training and coaching, sharing my expertise in conflict resolution, people management, and effective communication. I’ve been teaching others to leverage the power of words and voice.
Throughout my career, I’ve realized that listening and understanding others is the key to success, a skill I apply in both my professional and personal life. Like timeless music, effective communication never loses its relevance.
