Where are your emotion felt in your body?
What need is expressed by your emotions and the ones of others?
Wellbeing at work is necessary in order to be able to work in a balanced and focused way.
This practical and experiential workshop will be focused on how to apply concrete tools for emotionalwellbeing. It gives participants access to a variety of simple and practical tools to improve their wellbeing at work
The wellbeing workshop portfolio includes 5 complementary but independent workshops on mindfulness, emotional, mental and physical wellbeing and prevention of burnout. Though interconnected, each pillar of well-being can be taken individually.
The methodology, based on self-exploration, group dialogue and reflection on values, will enable participants to define a personal wellbeing map which they can then use to navigate through their daily working lives. At the end of this course, participants will understand the specificities of their own emotional patterns, and how one’s own emotions are expressed in the body. They would be given tools to acknowledge what emotions are communicating with respect to one’s needs and, with this self-awareness, be better at regulating their emotions accordint to their needs.
