Wellbeing at work is necessary in order to be able to work in a balanced and focused way.
This practical and experiential workshop focuses on how to apply concrete tools for the prevention of burnout. It gives participants access to a variety of simple and practical tools to improve their wellbeing at work.
At the end of this course, participants will understand the meaning of burnout and identify the societal, professional and individual characteristics. Through practical tools they will be invited to recognise the alarm signals and become aware of prevention tools for themselves and their colleagues.
The wellbeing workshop portfolio includes 5 complementary, yet independent workshops on mindfulness, emotional, mental and physical wellbeing and the prevention of burnout. Though interconnected, each pillar of wellbeing can be taken individually.
The methodology, based on self-exploration, group dialogue and reflection on values, will enable participants to define a personal wellbeing map, which they can then use to navigate through their daily working lives.
