Working collaboratively in team is one of the key competences that any staff member is supposed to have and to maintain.
This workshop enquires about how to go from group-thinking to team-thinking, tackles the essential of collaboration, and tools around constructive feedback (how to give it & how to receive it).
Learning the basics of TA (Transactional analysis) understanding and one’s influence while communicating with others allows participant to learn the different personal styles of people through MBTI self -assessment and having a clear reading on one’s own preference and thereby discovering strength and areas for improvement. Course content includes as well tackling and discussing emotions, what they are and what they are for – which one’s we suppress, overuse or don’t use well, how we can manage them and use them to the benefits in our collaboration.
