As part of our “survival kit” our new online courses are designed to help deal with the current situation in the more balanced way and to better manage energy when working remotely.
In this online course, participant will be offered concrete tips and tricks for effective digital life: Developing your Resilience in Challenging Times.
Delivery of the training will take place through an online platform. It will include individual, sub-group and whole group activities using the chat box, break-out rooms and whiteboard functions. The trainer will host the session, guide the activities and lead the debriefing sessions.
In its standard format, this training course is followed by a one-hour individual coaching session. AIM Coaching Offer helps to bring out and develop professional, relational and personal potential in one’s project realisation, and to occupy their rightful place in the relationship they have with oneself, others and the environment.

In this face-to-face training course, participants will get to practise how to respond to day-to-day professional challenges in a more balanced and sustainable way. The participations will explore the meaning of resilience as well evaluate their resilience and their individual copying strategies.
Theoretical models and practical tools will help them understand their own feelings, personal needs and limits as well as develop their resilience even further. Such tools as adapting to change, positive thinking, gratitude and mindfulness will be explored further in this workshop.
