This face-to-face training course on Intercultural Competence Building allows participant to better their intercultural communication and appreciate the value of cultural differences. It is a training developed at the core of AIM values and deveoped especially for the European Institutions.
It allows to further one’s understanding of cultural dimensions and their impact on work, improve interpersonal relations in multicultural contexts. It allows participants to actually know how to use diversity as a source of learning at work.
