The course is recommended for participants who:

  • coordinate the work of colleagues
  • (newly) appointed team leaders
  • become leaders of their former colleagues
  • reflect about becoming a team leader

 

This training is composed of 3 modules of 1 half-day on Zoom + 2 individual one-hour coaching sessions

An important part of this course is the 2 individual sessions of one-hour online coaching with the trainer/coach (between module 1 and 2 + between module 2 and 3). Those sessions will take place on one of the 2 days following the courses. The appointment will be scheduled during the training day. Please be prepared to block the time in your diary for this appointment.
