LORNA RITCHIE

Born in Ireland, I’ve been living and working in Berlin since 1983. I love sharing from my experience of how to transform difficulties in collaboration into rich, valuable experiences, strengthening self-growth and co-creating empowerment strategies that work. Having worked in business and the non-profit-sector as a mediator, trainer (NVC), process facilitator and coach since 1987 I joined AIM in 2021.
