I believe in the power of language and structure to take away barriers to understanding. As a trainer of both spoken and written language, I have focused extensively on giving people both the confidence and the tools needed to share their stories and to get things done. Having lived and worked in five different European countries as well as in North America has given me a good grasp of how to help and work with diverse audiences.
