You will seldom solve a group’s problem by proposing a solution.  You will fare better by attending to the quality of the relationships that you are contributing to, and thereafter working with your team towards a joint solution.  Acknowledging the importance of Nonviolent Communicationsm “needs”, and the key role of our emotional states in problem-solving.
