This specialised training caters to international and multicultural organisations, aiming to enhance their storytelling skills. It equips participants with an in-depth grasp of storytelling’s core elements and techniques, tailored to their work context.
Through exploring narrative components, simple story structures, and effective storytelling systems, attendees learn to craft engaging stories for communicating decisions, policies, or processes. The training includes practices to spark ideas and overcome writer’s block, along with insights on organisational story use, audience understanding, and techniques for impactful visual and vocal delivery.
Emphasising emotional resonance, participants practise their skills through dice game, storyteller tactics, emphasising strong openings and conclusions in oral and written storytelling. The training concludes by discussing the Five Ts of Storytelling – Theme, Tension, Transformation, Truth, and Taste – within your organisational framework.
