In this online course lasting two half-days, participant will be offered concrete tips and tricks for analysing and solving problems.
Delivery of the training will take place through an online platform. It will include individual, sub-group and whole group activities using the chat box, breakout rooms and whiteboard functions. The trainer will host the session, guide the activities and lead the debriefing sessions.

In this face-to-face training course, participants will get practical and theoretical tools to apply to real-life problems they are confronted with at work. They will analyse and solve these problems with systematic and creative approaches.
At the end of this workshop, participant will be able to identify the various components of a problem (current situation, expected results, stakeholders) and use specific tools to solve complex problems (including their human dimension). They will have a better understanding of their own problem-solving style and a diversity of styles among colleagues in order to adapt the problem-solving techniques they use when working in teams.
