As part of our “survival kit” our new online courses are designed to help you deal with the current situation in the more balanced way and to better manage your energy levels when working remotely. In this online course you will be offered concrete tips and tricks for Facing Change in Times of Crisis.
Delivery of the training takes place through an online platform. This includes individual, sub-group and plenary activities using a chat box, break-out rooms and whiteboard functions. The trainer hosts the session, guides the activities and leads the debriefing sessions.
In its standard format, this training course is followed by a one-hour individual coaching session. AIM’s Coaching Offer helps you to bring out and develop your professional, relational, and personal potential. It encourages you to occupy your rightful place in relationships with yourself, others and your environment.

In this face-to-face course, concrete tips and tricks for Facing Change are offered. The participants will look at the different types of change and how they usually manage their emotions and their reactions when facing change. Some models of change will be examined with respect to their particular challenges regarding change at the workplace.
They will learn access their inner motivation to cope with change and get opportunities to develop their strategies to handle change better. In addition, they will explore out-of-the-box questions to understand their perception of change and how they may resist change.
