  • Peer group work

    +

The peer group support in this Train-the-Trainer program offers participants a collaborative environment where they can share experiences, exchange feedback, and grow together. Through structured peer group work, participants engage in discussions, practice new techniques, and reflect on their learning in a supportive community. This collective approach not only enhances individual skills but also fosters a sense of camaraderie, enabling participants to learn from one another’s diverse perspectives and experiences. The program ensures that participants are not alone in their journey, creating a network of mutual support and continuous learning.

  • Closing moment

    +

The closing session of this Train-the-Trainer program offers a reflective and supportive environment where participants consolidate their learning and celebrate their achievements. It provides an opportunity for participants to share final insights and to give and receive feedback. This session ensures that participants leave with a clear sense of their growth and the confidence to apply their new skills in real-world settings.

What our participants say:

“I appreciated being able to put words to my practice, learn new training methods, and discover concepts to improve our training sessions. I was also very interested in the digital dimension of this training, especially learning how to use artificial intelligence in my role as a trainer. Regarding group dynamics, learning to manage participants’ expectations and establish group rules was very useful. I loved the quality of interactions with both the participants and our trainers… “

Isabella Lenarduzzi, Director of Jump – Solution for Equity at Worker

“The training taught me to be patient and that listening is essential. It made me aware of the power of the group, made me humble, and yet confident in my abilities with a simple sentence: ‘I’m not an expert, but I have expertise.’ It built me! AIM is accurate, sharp, generous, and a real community.

Anne Garfunkel, Trainer

“The LHTT has brought me entirely new skills in both creating and delivering training sessions. I really learned how to connect with my audience. I also gained insights, facilitation techniques, and strategies for handling challenging participants. On the practical side, I learned how to create interactive activities and use technology effectively. All of this transformed the way I create and deliver my training sessions! Now, I know I can deliver trainings that are both informative and enjoyable.”

Stella Rapti, Executive Coach, Keynote Speaker

Perhaps because of its origins as a supplier to the very multicultural EU institutions, AIM’s approach places great value on the identification and inclusion of diverse skills, experiences, and viewpoints. As a coach, this has always struck me as a winning recipe for helping people to be the best they can be.”

Karsten J. Kip, Communiction Trainer & Instructor
