I would describe myself as kind of self-made man in the world of professional learning and development, that I discovered by chance some time ago through a previous professional experience.
Definitely passionate about designing and developing professional learning strategies, paths and experiences to improve individual and team performance in organizations, I have been working on L&D projects for more than 10 years. During this period, I have acquired a proven experience in managing large-scale learning actions (in Belgium and abroad).
Open-minded and customer oriented, I always try to find solutions to to make life easier for my professional partners.
