This very interactive online training has as objective to give you a better understanding of what resilience is and how to develop it, especially in the current situation with all its uncertainty and challenges. It will have a good dose of sharing, science and practical relevance.
In practice, this training has two half day online group sessions and one individual online coaching session. During the first session, you will learn about what resilience is, you will share about the impact of the current situation and how resilient (or not) you have been. You will learn about your brain and the effect stress has on your brain. We will cover strategies you can use to deal with the mental impact of stress.
During the second session, we will look at the physical effects of stress and we will focus on not only mitigating stress but actually building long lasting resilience. We will identify practices that don’t take much time and, with focus and repetition, end up reinforcing your personal resilience.
Finally, after the two group sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to have a personal coaching session with the trainer to adapt the tools to your own personal challenges and style.
