More and more people say they are overwhelmed by the demands of their jobs. Some people try to do everything perfectly and find themselves out of balance, while others no longer know where to start to regain a sense of efficiency and satisfaction with their work investment. This training aims to transmit a series of approaches and tools that will enable participants to understand and manage their motivation to work in order to suffer less.
A series of practical exercise will help them to manage more effectively manage their different personal goals, efforts and workloads. Different strategies will be experience to plan and organize their work for greater efficiency. Finally, the training tackles how to manage their production conditions (dealing with interruptions, procrastination, demands of others) and how to evolve at their own pace, setting realistic change objectives.
In its standard format, this training course is followed by a one-hour individual coaching session. AIM Coaching Offer helps to bring out and develop professional, relational and personal potential in one’s project realisation, and to occupy their rightful place in the relationship they have with oneself, others and the environment.
In the half-day version of this training, the workshop objective are to help everyone feel more in control of their workflow and more effectively manage tasks and projects. It focus on how to structure objectives to create focus, how to plan and manage calendar and tasks, and how to stick to the plan by communicating effectively.
