As part of our “survival kit” our new online courses are designed to help deal with the current situation in the more balanced way and to better manage energy when working remotely.
In this online course, participant will be offered concrete tips and tricks to Create your own Wellbeing in Times of Crisis.
Delivery of the training will take place through an online platform. It will include individual, sub-group and whole group activities using the chat box, break-out rooms and whiteboard functions. The trainer will host the session, guide the activities and lead the debriefing sessions.
